Right now, we’re out here in the frozen tundra of Alaska 🥶, soaking up the adventure and reflecting on this wild ride we’ve been on. Deena and I have been together since 2005, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. We’ve traveled the world, lived in places I never imagined, and started a beautiful family together.

But let’s be real—it hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, just like everyone else. But you know what? We didn’t let those tough times break us. We grew stronger, not just as a couple, but as a team. And yeah, there may have been a few times when Deena admitted I was right 😉—but seriously, that’s what makes it all worth it.

I’ll tell you this—too many people treat their business relationships better than their personal ones. Imagine if you showed up late, did the bare minimum, or cut corners in your marriage like some folks do in business. It wouldn’t last a minute.

Here’s the truth: If you’re not all in—whether it’s in business or your personal life—it’s not going to last. You’ve got to fight for what matters, and that means being fully committed. Because when you are, it’s just a matter of time before you get what you really want.

Every day, I’m still working to win Deena over. Whether it’s cooking her dinner, surprising her with flowers, or hitting the gym to keep my (almost) Adonis-like physique in check 😉—it all adds up. It’s the little things that keep the fire burning, and I wouldn’t trade that for anything in the world.

So here’s to another 100+ years with you, Deena. Happy Anniversary! I love you more than words can say, and I can’t wait to see where the next decade takes us.
