Wakie Wakie!

But behind the scenes, it was chaos at its peak. Title issues, managing capital, dealing with investors - it was non-stop.

Now, I'm not saying real estate is a bad model. In fact, I'm still heavily invested in it. However, I made the decision years ago to position myself in better business models - ones that allow for massive scalability without driving me insane.
