  4. Numbers Don’t Lie: If you’re not tracking your progress, you’re guessing. CEOs don’t guess—they make data-driven decisions.

  1. Delegate One Task: Pick one thing on your plate and hand it off to someone who can handle it. Start small, but start today.

  2. Identify Your Most Profitable Activity: What’s the one thing you do that generates the most revenue? Focus on that first.

  3. Solve a Customer’s Problem: Reach out to a client or customer today and ask how you can help them overcome a challenge.

  4. Review Your Metrics: Look at your numbers. Whether it’s revenue, leads, or productivity, find one area to track and improve.
