If you don’t know your CAC, LTV, burn rate, or cash runway, you’re not running a business.
You’re gambling with overhead.

It’s that simple.

Numbers tell the truth even when your emotions don’t.
They show you where you’re leaking cash, where you’re wasting energy, and where your next move needs to be.

Most business owners get this wrong.

They “feel” like things are fine because sales are coming in, but if you can’t tell me your cost to acquire a customer or how many months of cash you have left, you’re flying blind.

That’s not entrepreneurship.
