Where sacrifice, strategy, and showing up collide.

Today’s topic?

Why winners make time when everyone else makes excuses.

On August 28th, I hosted a free event at my DM Factory.
I don’t normally do this.

Word spread so fast, we had to turn nearly 100 people away.

And still, on a Thursday afternoon during peak working hours, dozens of serious business owners made the choice to show up.

More than 20 of them are raking in millions+ already.

But that is what winners do.
They deal with inconveniences now, so they can buy freedom later.

4 Thoughts to Reflect On

  1. Winners show up, even when it is inconvenient.
If you only invest when it is comfortable, you will stay exactly where you are.

  2. Success is built in the decisions nobody else wants to make.
While others choose distractions, winners choose discipline.

  3. Momentum compounds faster than excuses.
Every time you say yes to growth, the next opportunity comes quicker.

  4. Your calendar tells the truth.
You either make time for what matters or admit it does not matter to you.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

  1. The best people are busy, but they still show up.
The fact that you are busy is the very reason you must get in the right room.

  2. If you want results this year, you cannot wait until next year to start.
Growth does not happen by accident.

  3. Excuses feel good in the moment, but cost you forever.
Nobody remembers why you missed the opportunity. They only see that you did.

  4. The right strategies are worthless without the right people.
Community and accountability are what keep you executing.

4 Challenges for You This Week

  1. Review your calendar from last week.
How much time went to growth versus distractions?

  2. Write down the toughest problem in your business right now.
Be honest. What is the real obstacle?

  3. Ask yourself: “What is this excuse costing me?”
Write down the actual dollar amount it could be worth.

  4. Apply for the Deal Maker Alliance.
Get around people who refuse to let you stay stuck.

"Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
— Warren Buffett

You can keep waiting for the perfect time.
Or you can show up now and change the rest of your year.
