Where results, relationships, and the right room collide.

Today’s topic?

Why 20-year-olds are scaling companies…
…and some 40-year-olds are still stuck guessing.

Let’s not sugarcoat it.

If college kids are skipping out on cubicles and scaling duct cleaning companies to 7 figures…
But you’re 10 years deep into business and still “figuring it out”…

There’s a bigger issue than just strategy.

It’s mindset.
It’s who you’re around.
And it’s killing your growth.

4 Thoughts to Reflect On

  1. If college kids are scaling duct cleaning to 7-figures…
    …what’s your excuse?

  2. Being busy doesn’t mean you’re building.
It just means you’re spinning in circles with a to-do list.

  3. Age is not your limiter.
    Your environment is.

  4. A lot of business owners are playing small.
Not because they want to, but because they’re surrounded by people who do.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

  1. Mindset shifts fast…
when you're around people playing the game at a higher level.

  2. Access to the right people beats 10 years of trial and error.

  3. You can’t scale if you’re still doing everything yourself.

  4. Real growth starts when you stop guessing and get guidance.

4 Challenges for You This Week

  1. Ask yourself:
Am I trying to figure it out… or am I in a room where it’s already figured out?

  2. Write down what you thought your business would be by now.
Compare it to where it actually is.

  3. Audit your environment.
Are you in the right room… or the wrong loop?

  4. If you're serious, apply to the Alliance.

"The fastest way to change yourself is to hang out with people who are already the way you want to be.”
— Reid Hoffman

If 20-year-olds can scale with a mop and a mindset, what’s your excuse?

Your future is too important to keep winging it.
