2. Being busy doesn’t mean you’re building.
   It just means you’re spinning in circles with a to-do list.

3. Age is not your limiter.
   Your environment is.

4. A lot of business owners are playing small.
   Not because they want to, but because they’re surrounded by people who do.

1. Mindset shifts fast…
   when you're around people playing the game at a higher level.

2. Access to the right people beats 10 years of trial and error.

3. You can’t scale if you’re still doing everything yourself.

4. Real growth starts when you stop guessing and get guidance.

1. Ask yourself:
   Am I trying to figure it out… or am I in a room where it’s already figured out?

2. Write down what you thought your business would be by now.
   Compare it to where it actually is.

3. Audit your environment.
   Are you in the right room… or the wrong loop?

4. If you're serious, apply to the Alliance.
