Where clarity, conviction, and calling your shot collide.

Today’s topic?

Why you feel stuck… and what to do about it.

If you're grinding, tired, and still not getting the results you want, here's the uncomfortable truth:

You probably don’t even know what you want.

Not really.

That was the mic-drop moment in this week’s episode of The Making of a DM podcast — and trust me, it hits different when you're hearing it from a guy sitting at the table with two billionaires.

This one’s personal, raw, and powerful. And it's live on video now.

4 Thoughts to Reflect On

  1. You can’t be mad about not hitting your goals if you don’t know what they are.
    Vague goals create vague results.

  2. Most people are scaling chaos, not companies.
Without clarity, your “growth” is just a bigger mess.

  3. Data, not drama.
Results don’t come from emotion. They come from execution.

  4. Success starts with clarity.
What do you want? What do you NOT want? Be specific.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

  1. If you don’t have a plan, you’re just playing dress-up as a business owner.
No one’s coming to save you. Own the game or get played.

  2. What got you here won’t get you there.
New goals require new actions. Period.

  3. Being “busy” doesn’t mean you’re winning.
The scoreboard never lies. Look at the numbers.

  4. If your results suck, change the inputs.
Calendar. Conversations. Community. Fix it at the source.

4 Challenges for You This Week

  1. Write out what you want your business to look like 365 days from now.
    Revenue. Team. Lifestyle. Get specific.

  2. Audit your last 365.
Did you show up with intention or just spin your wheels?

  3. Get honest about your actions.
Are they actually aligned with your outcomes? Or just keeping you busy?

  4. Watch the podcast and score yourself.
Are you leading with clarity or running on chaos?

"Clarity is the counterbalance of ambition. You have to know what you want in order to get it.”
— Brendon Burchard
