Welcome to Your 444 Newsletter!

Where clarity cuts deeper, and the truth builds trust.

Today’s topic?
Why you need to be ruthless about where you get your advice and who you’re letting lead you.

There are too many broke mentors teaching business.

They’ve got flash, filters, and fancy quotes on Instagram.
But behind the curtain?
They’re dodging lenders, floating payroll, and calling real operators for help.

And some of you are still paying to be in their rooms.

4 Thoughts to Reflect On

  1. Just because someone’s loud doesn’t mean they’re legit.
Flashy doesn’t mean wealthy. Verify before you validate.

  2. Most business advice is recycled nonsense from people who don’t run real companies.
Watch how they live, not just how they talk.

  3. Your circle can make or break your business.
The wrong room will delay your growth by years.

  4. Real rooms don’t need hype.
They build reputations quietly with real results, not fake screenshots.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

  1. I’ve bailed out more fake mentors than I can count.
Some still owe me six figures. That’s real.

  2. The rooms that look the most impressive are often the most fragile.
    Smoke and mirrors don't scale.

  3. Teaching isn’t the flex.
    Living it is.

  4. I spend over 80% of my time in the DM world but only 5.2% of my income comes from it.
Why? Because I’m building something that actually matters.

4 Challenges for You This Week

  1. Audit your mentors.
Are they still in the game? Or just teaching from the sidelines?

  2. Check the receipts.
If someone’s talking scale, ask them about their actual operations.

  3. Ask yourself: “Would I trade places with this person’s life?”
If the answer is no, stop listening to them.

  4. Look into the DM Alliance.
If you’re ready for a real room, not a cash grab, this is it.

"The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.”
— Walt Disney

There’s a reason the right rooms are hard to find.
Most people want your money.
But if you’re building real sh*t, you deserve more than recycled advice and curated photoshoots.

Be ruthless about your circle.
It’s either helping you build or watching you stall.
