You Are Doing Too Much
A lot of business owners are exhausted right now.
Not because they lack opportunity.
Because they refuse to let go.
Their day is filled with small tasks that should have been handed off a long time ago.
Inbox management.
Random errands.
Putting out fires their team should handle.
Then they wonder why growth feels slow.
You cannot scale while acting like the lowest paid employee in your company.
And the dangerous part?
A lot of people wear this like a badge of honor.
Like being overwhelmed somehow proves commitment.
It does not.
It usually proves you have become the bottleneck.
