Welcome to Your 444 Newsletter!

Where leadership, legacy, and discipline collide.

Today’s topic?
The stuff you do when nobody’s watching… especially when your kids actually are.

I took my 9-year-old son to the gym this week.
Not for a photo op. Not to show off.
Just to train with the 4AM crew and show him what commitment looks like in real life.

He didn’t whine. He didn’t complain.
He just watched. Took it all in. And learned.

Because kids don’t learn by being told. They learn by being shown.

If you want me to show you how I build freedom into my life and schedule so I can actually be present with my family, hit reply. Let’s talk.

4 Thoughts to Reflect On

  1. Your kids are always watching
Even if they’re not looking you in the eye, they’re absorbing everything you say and do.

  2. Discipline is not about how you feel
It’s about doing what needs done, especially when it’s hard.

  3. Presence is not about time
It’s about intention. Show up. Lean in. Be where your feet are.

  4. The legacy you leave starts with your routine today
The choices you make are building your kid’s worldview right now.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

  1. Motivation is a trap
If I waited to feel like getting up at 4AM, I’d still be sleeping.

  2. Kids remember what you do more than what you say
That’s why how you lead matters more than what you preach.

  3. You don’t need more hours
You need better systems so you can spend the hours where they matter most.

  4. Ownership is the goal
You cannot be present for your family if your business owns you.

4 Challenges for You This Week

  1. Audit your calendar
How much time is blocked for family or the stuff that actually matters?

  2. Remove yourself from one decision-making loop in your business
Start building a system so things run without you.

  3. Wake up one hour earlier
Spend that hour doing something your future self and your kids will be proud of.

  4. Reply to this email and ask for help
I’ll show you how to build systems that give you time and space for what matters most.

Hit reply now and tell me what’s keeping you stuck. I’ll show you how to fix it.

"Your actions speak so loudly, I cannot hear what you are saying.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

If your kids are learning how to live by watching you, what are you teaching them?
Every move you make is a lesson. Make sure it’s one they’ll want to repeat.
