I have been having the same conversation a lot lately.

Good people.

Smart operators.

Working hard.

But still tight on money. Still frustrated.

And it is not because they are lazy or clueless.

It is because they are trying to win a race in the wrong vehicle.

You can be the best driver in the world…

But if the opportunity you chose has a cap on it, there is only so far you can go.

Effort does not override math.

I learned this the hard way going from smaller jobs into bigger plays.

Same work ethic. Same drive.

Different vehicle.

Different outcome.
