1. Nobody’s coming to save you.
   If you don’t fix this, it just gets heavier.

2. The faster you let go, the faster you grow.
   It feels scary in the moment. But it’s the only way to scale.

3. Clarity comes from capacity.
   You can’t think straight when you’re buried in 37 tabs and distractions.

4. Your value isn’t in doing it all.
   It’s in doing what only you can do, and letting others carry the rest.

4 Challenges for You This Week

1. Audit your week.
   How many hours are you spending on stuff someone else could do better and faster?

2. Eliminate one task that drains you.
   Not next week. Today. Make space.

3. Ask this before every task: Why am I the one doing this?
   If you can’t answer that clearly, it needs to go.

4. Get around smarter builders.
   The ones who move different. Who delegate. Who scale fast.
