You’re Selling Backwards
A lot of business owners think they have a sales problem.
Leads look solid.
Opportunities are there.
But the close rate is inconsistent.
So they tweak pricing.
Add discounts.
Try to “compete” harder.
That is usually not the issue.
The real problem is how the conversation starts.
Most people sell the way they personally buy.
If they care about price, they lead with price.
If they care about speed, they lead with speed.
But that is not how most people make decisions.
People buy based on emotion first.
Then they justify it with logic after.
