  1. Launch the thing you’ve been “waiting” on.
    No more drafts. No more tinkering. Ship it.

  2. Make the uncomfortable call.
    You know the one. The client, the investor, the partner. Do it today.

  3. Say no to something easy.
    Comfort shows up disguised as “convenience.” Spot it and say no.

  4. Spend one hour doing what scares you.
    Record the video. Ask for the sale. Apply for the room that intimidates you.
