4. Persistence beats perfection.
   You don’t need to be flawless. You just need to keep moving.

4 Lessons I’ve Learned

1. The biggest wins often happen after the biggest struggles.
   The frustration you’re feeling? It’s a sign you’re close.

2. Consistency compounds.
   One more rep, one more call, one more day—over time, it builds unstoppable momentum.

3. It’s supposed to be hard.
   The struggle weeds out the ones who don’t want it bad enough.

4. If you stop now, you’ll never know what could’ve been.
   And that regret will follow you longer than any temporary setback.

1. Stay in the game.
   Do one thing today that pushes you forward, no matter how small.

2. Look back at how far you’ve come.
   You’ve made progress—don’t forget it.

   Write it down. Speak it out loud. Make it real again.

   Action kills fear. And you’re not here to sit on the sidelines.
