    Surround yourself with empire builders—not excuse makers.

  4. You have to believe you belong before anyone else will.
    Step into the room like you’re meant to be there—then earn your seat.

  1. Audit your investments.
    Are you putting time and money into things that will scale your business—or just keep you busy?

  2. Take a step that scares you.
    The thing you’ve been putting off? Now’s the time.

  3. Start acting like the business owner you want to become.
    Not someday. Now. How would they show up today?

  4. Have a conversation with someone who’s where you want to be.
    Ask them what they did differently—and then go do it.
