But if the owner disappears for 90 days and everything falls apart, the truth becomes clear.
That is not a business someone will buy.
It is a job.
Real businesses operate through systems, leadership and clear processes.
The owner sets direction, but the machine keeps moving.
Until that happens, the value of the company is limited.
