Scaling the Right Thing
A lot of owners think growth means more.
More clients.
More hires.
More moving parts.
But more is not the goal.
Margin is.
If revenue goes up but stress goes up with it, that is not growth. That is expansion without structure.
The real question is simple.
Are you scaling profit or just activity?
