Most owners have never worked with a true driver, so they do not even know what they are missing.

A driver does not wait to be told what to do.

They do not need daily checklists.

They do not sit around waiting for motivation.

You tell them the result.

They build the path.

They will mess up sometimes. That is part of moving fast. But the momentum they create outweighs the mistakes.

The real issue is not finding them.

It is accessing them.
