I just reviewed the confirmed list for our DM Alliance Nashville event.
And it reminded me of something I have seen play out over and over for nearly three decades.
Big shifts rarely happen from behind a screen.
They happen when you show up in person.
Not for motivation.
Not for hype.
But for real conversations that change how you think and what you see.
Every major opportunity I can trace back in my life started with being in the room with the right people.
Conversations that never would have happened otherwise.
Context you cannot get through texts or calls.
Trust that forms faster when you look someone in the eye.
This is why Nashville matters.
Not because it is an event.
Because it is a room.
