A lot of people don’t realize how messy things look behind the scenes at the beginning. Even the biggest companies started out rough.
Uber didn’t launch with a full app, perfect UX or slick branding.
They just had a number to call. That’s it.
But they solved one problem really well: how to get a ride, fast.
That’s what created momentum. Everything else got figured out later.
Too many business owners stall out because they think they need all the steps mapped out before they make the first move.
Truth is, if you’re waiting for perfect, you’ll miss the window entirely.
Real progress starts when you fix one clear problem. Not all of them. One.
